The Supervisory and Financial Information Authority (ASIF) participated in the Europe II Regional Group Intersessional Meeting of the Egmont Group, held in Pristina, Kosovo, from 3 to 5 December 2025.
The meeting brought together Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs) from the Europe II Region to discuss matters of common interest in the fields of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.
During the working sessions, participants exchanged operational experiences and discussed recent developments within their respective jurisdictions, reaffirming the importance of international cooperation as a key element in effectively addressing the threats posed by transnational financial crime.
ASIF's participation contributed to strengthening dialogue with partner FIUs in the region and to promoting the exchange of knowledge and best practices in the fields of financial intelligence and international cooperation.
ASIF expresses its appreciation to the Financial Intelligence Unit of Kosovo for the excellent organisation of the meetings and the warm hospitality extended to all participants.
